1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all governorates across Egypt.

If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and payment.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery times are:

Cairo / Giza: 1–4 business days

Other governorates: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

5. Order Tracking and Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you may receive an email confirming the order details.

In addition, one of our representatives may contact you to confirm your order and coordinate the delivery details.

You can also contact us at any time using your order number to check your order status.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct and complete, including:

Full name and phone number

Detailed address, including street, building, apartment, and nearest landmark

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Failed Delivery or Uncollected Orders

If delivery fails due to any of the following reasons:

The customer does not answer calls or messages

The customer is unavailable at the delivery address

The customer refuses to receive the order without a product-related reason

The order may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
